This extended, comprehensive session removes all the guesswork by creating a dedicated, unhurried space tailored entirely to your healing journey. How your extended session unfolds: The Curation: We begin with an in-depth, detailed conversation to check in on your physical, emotional, and energetic landscape, co-creating a fluid blueprint for your time. The Experience: Your treatment is intuitively guided in real-time. Depending on your goals, it may beautifully weave together clinical bodywork (like massage, myofascial release, and cupping), frequency immersion and/or deep energetic and spiritual clearing. The Foundation: No matter what modalities we choose for your session, your entire experience takes place in our high-tech sanctuary. You will rest comfortably on our specialized Vibroacoustic Table (streaming targeted frequencies or resonant VAT tracks) while layered upon the advanced Sparkle Mat Bio-Mat (bathing your body in PEMF, negative ions, red light, and deep infrared heat). The Integration: We honor the end of your session by sitting together for an unhurried post-talk to discuss what emerged, process what your body released, and map out personalized home care and future wellness steps. Schedule your time, arrive exactly as you are, and let’s create the experience your body is asking for. What to expect: Each appointment begins with a 30 minute detailed conversation to curate your experience and 30 minutes at the end to discuss findings and your next step. 2 hour appointments have 1 hour sessions. 2 1/2 hour appointments have 90 minute sessions. This is ideal if you choose to have hands on massage.
